This package is for the client who wants more in depth design help than a consultation, but plans to implement all the moving parts themselves thereafter. Here's what's included in this service: - Room Furnishing Design - Custom Curated Color Palette - Custom Furniture Floor-Plan Drawing: to show you how furnishings will fit into your space. - Instructions on how art should be displayed or window treatments should be hung. - Product proposal list that includes photos, descriptions, pricing and links for purchasing. - Staging and Styling tips to finish off your space. PROCESS: 1. Virtual Meeting - Design Discussion & Measurement We start by meeting for a 30 minute virtual design consultation to discuss your space, style, budget and goals. Client submits room measurements and furniture pieces they want to keep. 2. Develop Design Concept & Layout Ideas Client receives a floor plan drawing of the room space with new design concept proposed. This also comes with a virtual design concept board with overall room concept and color palette. One round of revisions allowed. 3. Design Board & Shopping List View all the materials we’ve sourced for your room design—furniture, art, accessories, textiles, etc. on a private design board only you will have access to and can directly shop. This includes seating, tables, rugs, lighting, and all accessories (decor, artwork, etc.) *This service does not include kitchen, bathrooms, great rooms, bars, or any remodeling spaces. What We Will Need From You: Completion of our Design Questionnaire Four photos of your room Dimensions of your room Note existing furniture/dimensions to be worked in the design Your best drawing of the room’s perimeter
